BTC MSCI修改规则：比特币 treasury 公司面临被剔除风险
指数提供商MSCI已最终确定一项规则变更，此举可能将Michael Saylor旗下的Strategy等持有比特币的公司从其主要跟踪的股市指数中剔除。这一变动可能会切断这些公司股票被动投资需求的重要来源。
新规核心内容
在10月15日发布的公告中，MSCI宣布将把“非运营公司”视为不符合纳入MSCI全球可投资市场指数的资格，并对8月份提出的提案进行了小幅修改后实施。该变化将于11月30日收盘时生效，作为MSCI十一月指数审查的一部分。
新的方法论旨在筛选那些缺乏实质性运营资产、更像被动投资工具而非真实企业的发行商。未能通过初步“核心筛查”的公司将接受基于五个财务比率的排除测试；如果一家公司的股票触发了四项或更多指标，则会被标记为不合格。
针对特定商业模式
这项规则直接针对资产负债表由单一资产主导的企业，即Saylor首创的Strategy模式——该公司持有数十万枚比特币，并已被日本Metaplanet及众多追随者采用。为了限制指数成分股频繁变动，MSCI设置了缓冲机制：现有指数成分股只有在最近两个年度申报期内均未通过筛查才会被移除，而新加入的成分股若在最近两个周期内任一失败也将被阻止入库。MSCI表示将在11月11日公布受影响公司的最终名单。
结束临时豁免期
此次决定也结束了此前的临时宽限期。随着加密资产持有趋势迅速扩张，MSCI去年冻结了对数字资产占总资产比例达到或超过50%的部分指数调整措施；如今这一中期措施已被取消，所有此类企业都将按照新规定进行评估。
潜在影响与市场反应
从主要MSCI指数中被移除将迫使跟踪这些指数的基金出售相关股份，从而可能对股价施加压力，并缩小这些公司长期以来相对于其加密货币价值的溢价。Saylor曾呼吁MSCI放弃他所谓的“歧视性”规则，以避免Strategy被剔除出其基准指数。
这种威胁已经引发了防御性举措。例如，Metaplanet最近卖出了10,000枚比特币并回购了11,000枚以展示积极的资金管理策略，而Strategy则继续积累比特币，即使在指数问题悬而未决的情况下也未停止增持步伐。
