据 The Block 报道，ZetaChain 提案68于9月20日协调世界时（UTC）14:58正式通过。该提案以99.4%的参与投票权支持率，批准了将原生 ZETA 迁移至 Solana 网络，并启动 ZetaChain Layer 1 网络的缩减进程。此次投票参与度达到58%，高于提案规定的40%法定最低票数要求。
尽管批准标志着过渡期的开始，但并未确立具体的技术迁移程序或链上关闭时间表。
提案68满足法定票数，确立迁移与缩减方向
仅有0.3%的选票反对该措施，另有0.3%选择弃权。获批的提案授权将 ZETA 作为原生 SPL 代币迁移至 Solana 网络，同时正式启动 ZetaChain Layer 1 的缩减流程。
这一结果正式确立了网络的重大变革。此前，其原生资产一直与该自有的 Layer 1 网络紧密关联。此次投票仅授权了战略方向，而非完成代币迁移或网络关闭的全部技术细节。
第二次投票将确定迁移机制与关闭时间
提案68确定了变更的方向：原生 ZETA 将作为 Solana 的原生 SPL 代币进行迁移，而 ZetaChain 的 Layer 1 网络则开始进入缩减阶段。
However, the measure did not specify how the relocation would operate or when the closure would be closed. According to Polkachu Governance Explorer, the above two decisions still need to be determined through another governance vote.
Migration scope is limited to ZetaChain native ZETAs only
This proposal only applies to native ZETAs on ZetaChain Layer 1. Solana Compass reports that ZETAs released on other networks such as Ethereum and BNB Chain are not covered by Proposition 68.
This distinction clarifies the scope of the direct impact of voting: it involves the process of converting Layer 1 native assets into Solana native SPL tokens, rather than all versions of ZETA circulating on other networks.
Voting follows ZetaChain's strategic transformation
This governance decision follows ZetaChain's strategic adjustment announced in June this year. In an official announcement on June 1, the project said it would stop its cross-chain interoperability features and refocuse on Anuma, its main privacy AI application.
Currently, Proposal 68 has submitted the on-chain and token components of this transformation to the governance level, while the remaining migration and closure decisions are still to be decided in the next vote.
