Polygon Labs完成对Coinme的收购，打通稳定币支付合规通道

Polygon Labs已完成对Coinme的收购，为其稳定币支付平台提供了在美国48个州将美元兑换为数字资产并反向兑换的合规路径。Polygon于周三宣布，其美国支付业务现已获得37张货币转账许可证和11项豁免资格，并在金融犯罪执法局（FinCEN）注册为货币服务企业。

此次收购是今年1月宣布的一系列交易的一部分，当时Polygon宣布以超过2.5亿美元的价格收购Coinme以及钱包基础设施提供商Sequence，并对Polygon Labs的部分岗位进行了整合。彼时，Polygon首席执行官Marc Boiron表示，公司需要这支团队来转型成为一家“领先的专注于支付的区块链公司”。

Coinme是一家持有牌照的加密货币交易所及现金换加密资产平台，允许用户通过现金、借记卡和银行转账买卖数字资产。据Polygon透露，在首次宣布收购时，Coinme拥有超过100万用户，零售网络覆盖5万家门店。

跨境支付公司Tazapay的共同创始人兼首席执行官Rahul Shinghal表示，Open Money Stack为企业提供了“稳定币与本地货币之间更直接的连接渠道”，该公司也是该平台的早期客户之一。
