德意志银行获准向欧洲机构客户推出数字资产托管服务

德国最大银行德意志银行（Deutsche Bank）正在等待监管机构的批准，以便为其在欧洲的机构客户和企业客户提供数字资产托管解决方案。该行于周三宣布，在符合适用的监管时间表的前提下，计划在今年内为首批客户正式上线该项服务。

据悉，德意志银行初期将支持比特币（BTC）、以太坊（ETH）以及部分稳定币，包括Circle发行的USDC、EURC以及AllUnity发行的EURAU。此外，该行还计划在稍后阶段加入对代币化金融工具的支持。

德意志银行被金融稳定理事会（FSB）列为全球系统重要性银行之一。此次发展标志着该德国金融机构在加密货币领域的最新推进，证实了此前关于其正在开发加密托管服务的报道。今年6月，德意志银行数字资产负责人Sabih Behzad曾透露，该行正考虑进入稳定币市场，甚至可能发行自己的代币。

德意志银行发言人Heinrich Frömsdorf告诉媒体，根据欧盟《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA）框架，该行预计将于10月获得托管服务的许可。

德国银行业加速布局加密服务

随着MiCA法规于7月1日全面生效，德国银行业对加密服务的推进预期将进一步加速。德意志银行早在2023年就首次公布了与Taurus合作推出加密托管解决方案的计划，当时该行刚刚在德国申请数字资产托管牌照。

其他德国银行也在提供类似的解决方案。2024年4月，德国最大的联邦银行——巴登-符腾堡州州立银行（Landesbank Baden-Württemberg）在与奥地利公司Bitpanda合作后，开始为其机构托管平台提供加密托管服务。而在2025年12月，DZ银行表示已获得德国联邦金融监管局（BaFin）依据MiCA法规颁发的授权，以运营其“meinKrypto”平台。
