FollowingNigeria Financial Technology Association will hold the 9th Nigeria Financial Technology Week in September 2026
Nigeria Financial Technology Association (FintechNGR) announced that it will host the 2026 Nigeria Financial Technology Week (NFW26) from September 22 to 23, 2026. This event aims to bring together financial technology leaders, financial institutions, technology companies, investors, policymakers, innovators and key industry participants.
With the theme of "Inheriting and Moving Forward: Empowering the Digital Renaissance", this event explores in depth the technologies, concepts and partnerships that shape the future of finance and the broader digital economy. As one of the leading dialogue and collaboration platforms on the African continent, Nigeria Financial Technology Week has developed to its ninth year, continuing to promote the prosperity of Nigeria's financial technology and digital economy.
The scale of is unprecedented, and the three places join forces to participate in the event.
This year marks the largest expansion in the history of the event. The agenda will cover the three cities of Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, allowing participants from all over the country to participate and interact locally. The main venue event in Lagos is scheduled to be held at the Wole Soyinka Center for Culture and Creative Arts (National Theater) from September 22 to 23; special events in Abuja and Port Harcourt are scheduled to be held on September 23.

NFW26将涵盖主旨演讲、行业小组讨论、专家研讨会、产品展示及商务对接等环节，讨论范围涉及数字支付、金融包容性、人工智能、网络安全、数字银行、区块链、监管政策、投资及金融创新等多个领域。
除了丰富的会议内容外，本次活动还将为与会者提供与行业领袖建立联系、发现新解决方案并探索合作机会的平台，助力大家深入了解尼日利亚快速演变的金融科技格局。
Open registration to jointly draw a blueprint for the future
Dr. Sharieff-Ayedun further pointed out that NFW26 aims to bring together different generations and stakeholders to jointly shape the country's financial future. "Nigeria Fintech Week 2026 is a key occasion to achieve this synergy, as the entire ecosystem looks to growth opportunities in the next decade," he said.
This event is free and open to the public and invites professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, students, members of regulatory bodies and people interested in the future of finance and technology to attend.
