BTC 美国财政部制裁加密货币交易所BitBank，打击伊朗金融网络

根据OFAC的说法，BitBank被用于转移霍尔木兹安全海事服务管理局（Hormuz Safe Marine Services Authority）收到的款项，该实体已被美国指定为制裁对象。机构称这些转账始于六月。财政部官员还指控，在六月至七月期间，BitBank参与了向伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队（IRGC）转移价值数亿美元的比特币的活动。
此次行动还针对BitBank的开发商——皮什塔兹西莫格电子贸易公司（Pishtaz Simorgh Electronic Trade Company），以及与赞贾尼有关的三名高管：侯赛因·阿里·扎克尔·侯赛因（Hossein Ali Zaker Hossein）、穆罕默德·马赫迪·扎克尔·侯赛因（Mohammad Mahdi Zaker Hossein）和赛义德·阿德尔·海达里（Seyed Adel Heidari）。OFAC将该群体描述为赞贾尼数字资产网络的一部分。
The sanctions were imposed under Executive Order 13902, which gives the U.S. government the power to target various parts of Iran's economy, including its digital asset area. The Treasury Department plans to use those powers to go after platforms and other businesses that help Iran circumvent U.S. restrictions.
It is reported that BitBank has been operating as Iran's digital asset exchange since 2024. According to OFAC, Zangjani promotes the exchange through his social media account. The agency alleges that other companies associated with its commercial network also list BitBank as partners.
Zanjani has faced legal proceedings in Iran in the past. He was sentenced to death for embezzling millions of dollars from the state-owned National Iranian Oil Company. The sentence was handed down in 2016 and was later commuted in 2024. U.S. officials now claim he has rebuilt a business network that includes digital asset companies.
The latest measures are part of Operation Economic Outcast. The Ministry of Finance launched the campaign in August 2026 to limit Iran's access to international financial channels. "If you support the Iranian regime, the Treasury Department will impose sanctions on you," said Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
Iran's crypto industry faces pressure
