XRP Founder of Black Swan Capital: Ripple is building a new payment ecosystem against SWIFT
Versan Aljarrah, founder of Black Swan Capitalist and independent cryptocurrency analyst, pointed out that Ripple's recent series of initiatives are not isolated incidents, but a systematic layout aimed at reshaping the cross-border payment landscape. Aljarrah observes that the goal of these actions is to make XRP and Ripple's underlying payment infrastructure a direct competitor to SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Banking and Financial Telecommunications). SWIFT is currently the most widely used financial messaging network for cross-border transactions in the world. He believes Ripple is implementing a "strategic reserve" strategy: accumulating XRP as "inventory" in advance of expected future demand, thereby tightening available supply while improving network utility.
He concluded: "There is activity first, then valuation." This view shows that Ripple's current focus is on increasing network activity and adoption rather than immediately pursuing an increase in XRP prices.
