LINK The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission publicly solicits opinions on crypto market framework
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has taken a formal step in regulating the digital asset market. The agency issued an advance notice of proposed rule development aimed at soliciting public comment on Regulation CTX and Regulation CAM.
It should be noted that this notice is not a formal proposed rule or final rule. The CFTC hopes to collect feedback from all parties before deciding whether and how to move forward with subsequent rule development. Stakeholders will have 60 days to submit comments after advance notice of proposed rule development is published in the Federal Register.
Under the proposal, the CFTC is considering developing rules to prevent abuse in the crypto market and provide clearer guidance to market participants on regulatory requirements and industry practices.
CFTC Chairman Michael Selig sees the move as a decisive moment for U.S. crypto policy. "Today's action is a critical step in the CFTC's efforts to ensure that the United States remains the global crypto capital," Selig said, adding: "The American people have the right to clarity, certainty and consumer protection in the crypto asset market."

Chainlink支持明确预言机和储备证明的规则

该公司表示，期待与塞利格主席及委员会合作，随着市场向链上迁移，加强美国的领导地位。预言机是将链下数据传递到区块链的基础设施，而储备证明是一种验证是否为加密相关资产持有储备金的方法。这两者均位于Chainlink产品套件的核心位置。
Sergey Nazarov作为Chainlink的联合创始人，于2026年2月被任命为CFTC创新咨询委员会成员，与纳斯达克、芝商所集团（CME Group）和Coinbase的高管共同任职。该委员会就区块链和人工智能如何重塑衍生品和大宗商品市场向监管机构提供建议。
对于Chainlink及类似的基础设施提供商而言，对预言机和储备 attestations 的监管认可，可能会巩固其作为合规数字资产生态系统必要组成部分的地位。
