Institutional crypto exchange Bullish provides US$100 million in stablecoin debt financing to USD.AI for GPU hardware mortgage loans
Institutional crypto exchange and market infrastructure operator Bullish has agreed to provide USD.AI with a US$100 million in stablecoin secured debt financing to USD.AI to issue loans backed by GPU hardware. The two companies said the funds will support on-chain loans to AI infrastructure operators, with collateral directly linked to the computing device itself rather than the borrower's overall corporate balance sheet.
This move strengthens USD.AI's strategy of transforming stablecoin liquidity into GPU infrastructure credit, and opens up a new path for Bullish to deepen liquidity around GPU-backed tokenized debt through dedicated trading and market-making work.
Core Points
Bullish provided US$100 million in stableco-based debt financing to USD.AI for GPU mortgages.
USD.AI's loan is secured by underlying GPU hardware, not general corporate assets.
Bullish plans to launch multiple trading pairs of sUSDai tokens for USD.AI and launch a market-making program to support liquidity. [TAG This financing builds on USD.AI's recent GPU mortgage financing activity, including loans related to NVIDIA's B300 and B200 GPU configurations.
Stablecoin Credit for GPU Collateral
Under the announced arrangements, USD.AI will deploy the funds by providing financing to AI infrastructure operators, whose repayment claims are guaranteed by the GPU itself. The structure aims to reduce reliance on general corporate collateral by anchoring loan exposures to specific, identifiable computing hardware.
USD.AI is an online financing platform built by Permian Labs. It positions itself as an intermediary between stablecoin liquidity and financing needs in the GPU infrastructure sector-an area where capacity procurement and deployment often requires significant upfront capital expenditures.
Bullish plans to support tokens and enhance secondary liquidity
Bullish said it plans to launch USD.AI's sUSDai token into multiple trading pairs. At the same time, it will also provide a dedicated market-making plan for the token, aiming to improve secondary liquidity and enhance price discovery capabilities for debt products linked to GPU collateral.
For market participants, the practical significance is that tokenized asset-backed credit will be easier to obtain and hedge when trading venues and market makers provide stable liquidity of bid-ask spreads. Bullish's participation shows that it wants the GPU mortgage financing system to be more than just a primary trading story, but to allow continued tradability to play a greater role.
GPU financing landscape expands
The US$100 million financing expands the GPU-related lending business of USD.AI. In June this year, USD.AI announced a $98.1 million loan backed by 2304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. At about the same time, it also disclosed that a $34 million loan backed by 768 Nvidia B200 GPUs had been fully paid.
Taken together, these early announcements reveal a pattern: USD.AI's loans are tied to identifiable GPU batches and configurations, and its ability to complete financing rounds indicates that there is a demand for such AI infrastructure credit. As Bullish offers larger stablecoin debt lines, investors and operators can expect USD.AI to expand the size of GPU mortgage financing more quickly, assuming collateral sources and operational deployment can keep pace.
Bullish's previous investment provides continuity
The transaction is also based on previous capital support from Bullish Capital. According to the two companies, Bullish Capital invested $4 million in USD.AI in September 2025-Bullish described it as its first investment since going public.
This continuity is important because it shows that Bullish does not view the current financing as a one-time product test. Instead, the company appears to be expanding its existing relationship into a larger operational role-combining stablecoin-backed debt infrastructure with trading and liquidity plans.
More broadly, this arrangement highlights the deepening intersection between digital asset market infrastructure and AI hardware financing. Stabiloins and on-chain credit mechanisms have the potential to shorten the path from liquidity to actual infrastructure investment.
Investors should pay attention to sUSDai's trading performance after launch and whether Bullish's market-making plan can significantly improve the depth of liquidity over time. Equally important is how USD.AI manages the operating mechanisms of loan issuance, GPU collateral custody, and hardware-backed repayments as the size of transactions under the new financing line expands.
