XRP 
RLUSD GENIUS Act may boost XRP Ledger's activity and boost RLUSD growth.
Cryptocurrency researcher SMQKE said that the GENIUS Act may increase the activity of XRP Ledger (XRPL) by supporting the growth of RLUSD. The researcher released a document on Platform X stating that stablecoin regulation is expected to strengthen the adoption of RLUSD and increase XRP activities through transaction fees on XRP Ledger.

SMQKE links GENIUS Act to RLUSD adoption
Documents accompanying SMQKE's post examine the possible impact of the GENIUS Act on RLUSD and XRP. The document states that the legislation establishes requirements for stablecoins covering reserves, licensing and interoperability, while creating a regulated environment for their use in financial markets.
President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act into law on July 18, 2025. The U.S. Treasury Department said the law establishes a federal regulatory framework for issuers of payment stablecoins in the United States.
SMQKE's document focuses on the implications of this framework for RLUSD. The document believes that stricter compliance requirements may increase the confidence of financial institutions and support larger-scale adoption of stablecoins.
