FollowingPROSPER 推出 MemeRWA：连接可验证经济表现与独立定价加密资产的新框架
PROSPER 正式推出了 MemeRWA，这是一个旨在将可验证的经济表现数据与独立定价的加密原生资产相连接的全新框架。该框架的核心特点在于，它并不对底层资产的所有权进行代币化。
这一框架通过基于 Pharos Network 构建的 PROSPER Performance Markets 基础设施上线运行。与传统现实世界资产（RWA）代币化模式不同——后者通常利用区块链代币代表对底层资产的所有权或经济权利——MemeRWA 让底层的经济活动仅作为可观察的参考指标存在。
在该体系中，第三方策展人（Curator）通过金库（Vault）创建链上策略，从而产生两种独立的工具：
- 金库份额（Vault Shares）：提供对该策略的直接敞口；
- p{VAULT}：一种固定供应量的加密原生资产，与该金库及其策展人相关联。
需要明确的是，p{VAULT} 并不代表金库的股份，不追踪金库的净资产价值（NAV），也不提供对其资产、业绩或利润的任何索取权。其价格由参与者活动独立形成，初期通过公开债券曲线（bonding curve）确定，随后通过外部流动性机制形成。
与此同时，相关金库的表现数据在链上保持完全可观测状态。
Laura Shi, chief commercial officer of Pharos, said: "The crypto market has demonstrated the power of open participation and collective belief, while online finance has made economic performance increasingly transparent. MemeRWA blends these two concepts: verifiable performance data provides the signal, while p{VAALT} remains independently priced through participant activities."
In addition, PROSPER also places a number of system-wide information in a chain-observable state, including treasury positions, net asset value (NAV), expense accumulation, bond curve reserves, and repurchase transactions.
The initial supply of each p{VAULT} is fixed at 1 billion tokens, with no pre-sale, team allocation or insider allocation.
This release marks the first implementation of MemeRWA. PROSPER positions the framework as an infrastructure that allows verifiable economic performance to become a reference indicator on the chain without creating ownership interests for underlying strategies.
