However, the two companies did not disclose the financial terms of the planned transaction. In addition, the acquisition still has to meet regular delivery conditions before completing the transaction.

Based on the acquisition announcement, the transaction is not expected to have a significant impact on S & P Global's financial results. In addition, OpenZeppelin will continue to operate as a separate business unit under its existing name. CEO Demian Brener will continue to be responsible for operations and report to Yann Le Pallec, president of S & P Global Ratings.
