Jeeves raises US$110 million for stablecoin commercial payments business

Jeeves announced on September 29 that it had completed an equity financing of US$110 million, led by CoinFund. Participating parties include well-known institutions such as AllianceBernstein, Andreessen Horowitz, Coinbase Ventures, CRV, GIC, Global PayTech Ventures, ParaFi, Vista, Wintermute and Y Combinator.

The Miami-based company provides corporate card, accounts payable, treasury payment and expense management tools to multinational companies. Jeeves said its annualized card and payment transaction volume has exceeded US$5 billion, of which US$1.5 billion is settled through stablecoins.

According to the company, stablecoin activity reached this size in eight months, and revenue increased fourfold in 14 months. More than 80% of customers use multiple of its products.

With this financing, Jeeves launched a stablecoin wallet that supports payments to 190 countries, an AI expenditure tracker and an accounts receivable module. In addition, the company is expanding its stablecoin card services from 25 countries to 35 countries and opening a Madrid office. New markets entered include Argentina, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay.

David Pakman, managing partner of CoinFund, pointed out that Jeeves already has existing corporate customer bases in Latin America, the United States and Europe, which was an important reason for his decision to lead the investment.

World Assets reveals US$49 million locked in WLD sales

According to a September 28 report, World Assets completed $49 million in off-site WLD sales in one month, citing an official announcement of the project. These deals come with a one-year lock-up period. Some token deliveries were settled at the time of the announcement, and the remaining transfers and settlement arrangements were completed within the week.

The financing involved a private token sale rather than an equity investment in Tools for Humanity or a traditional venture capital round. CryptoRank recorded the deal in World's historical financing. As a result, the $49 million represents the disclosed token sales value rather than the valuation of the project or its operating company.

Since the announcement covers multiple sales within a month, the full amount should be understood to mean the amount raised during the reporting window, rather than the funds raised in just seven days.

Solana Company's share offering is priced at US$15 million

Solana Company announced a direct registered offering on September 30, with expected total revenue of approximately US$15 million. The Nasdaq-listed company agreed to sell 4,369,356 Class A shares to an institutional investor at $3.433 per share. These shares carry warrants to subscribe for the same number of additional shares at an exercise price of $3.776.

Solana Company said its share price is at a premium of 5% to net assets per share, while the exercise price of the warrants is at a premium of 10%. The Philadelphia-based company plans to use the proceeds to its "SOL per share" strategy, including potential share buybacks and further purchases of Solana, while replenishing working capital and business expansion.

Grass: Investors announced on September 29 that Multicoin Capital's hedge funds and venture funds had invested an undisclosed amount in Grass. Grass uses contributors 'idle Internet bandwidth to collect public network data for AI customers. Data cited by Multicoin showed that Grass's revenue in 2025 was US$17 million, and it is expected to increase by another US$17 million in the first half of 2026.
