Cryptocurrency prices on August 29: BTC fell 3.19%, ENA fell 14.91%

The cryptocurrency market generally weakened on August 29, with Bitcoin falling back to the US$77000 range, while Ethena (ENA) fell the most among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation.

According to CoinMarketCap data, at 11 a.m. Korean Standard Time on August 29, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3.19% from the previous day to US$77,778.44; Ethereum (ETH) fell 2.63% to US$2,443.08.

XRP fell 4.29% to $1.38;Solana (SOL) fell 3.34% to $104.21. Dogecoin (DOGE) fell 4.19% to $0.0853;Avalanche (AVAX) fell 2.84% to $7.30.

Wave Field (TRX) was one of the few major cryptocurrencies to gain, rising slightly 0.68% to US$0.3412. World Liberty Financial (WLFI) fell 5.28% to $0.05764;Worldcoin (WLD) fell 9.44% to $0.3789.

Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation, UNUS SED LEO (LEO) had the largest increase in 24 hours, rising 2.15%. Ethena (ENA) fell the most, down 14.91%.

Among other altcoins, QUAI fell 9.82% to $0.009356;ALEO fell 3.08% to $0.01718.

CoinMarketCap has also added three new cryptocurrencies that have been launched in the past 24 hours: FOMO (FOMO), BINANCE CAT (BNBCAT) and apeonfone (FONE).
