XRP XRP fell below key Fibonacci support, CasiTrades warned that the near-term outlook needs to be cautious.
According to well-known cryptocurrency analyst CasiTrades, XRP has fallen below a major Fibonacci retracement level, a development that has prompted traders who are closely watching the currency's short-term prospects to regain vigilance.
XRP fell below the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level after structural expectations failed
CasiTrades is known for its technical chart analysis shared on the X platform. She observed that XRP fell below the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level, which she had previously regarded as a key support level. This development disproved her previous expectation that the price would eventually fluctuate to $1.78.
In her latest TradingView chart, XRP traded at approximately $1.26 over a 1-hour time frame, below the 0.5 retracement level marked at $1.34. A break in this support shifted the focus of analysis to lower Fibonacci levels.
CasiTrades pointed out that the previous upward structure of XRP relied on maintaining the 0.5 retracement level unbroken. If this barrier cannot be recovered, the outlook for a strong bullish market is no longer valid. She emphasized that unless XRP can climb to the macro Fibonacci level of 0.618 (around US$1.65) and establish it as a support level, the overall price structure will still show a downward trend.
US$1.10 area becomes a key focus for XRP
