BTC 法国北部发生加密货币“扳手”劫持案：嫌犯逼转4万欧元后逃脱
据BFMTV报道，周日凌晨，四名蒙面男子闯入法国北部文丹勒维耶（Vendin-le-Vieil）一户民宅，挟持了一对夫妇及其两名子女，并强迫父亲转移了价值4万欧元的加密货币。
贝蒂纳检察院表示，这四名嫌疑人于凌晨4点左右进入屋内。一名警方消息人士向法国电视三台透露，他们使用黑色胶带将家人捆绑，并在屋内滞留超过三个小时。受害家庭中包括一名8岁和一名12岁的孩子。
据贝蒂纳检察院介绍，这名40岁的父亲是一名受薪IT专家，从事数字货币行业相关工作。目前，检察院已就非法拘禁和敲诈勒索罪展开调查。
警方消息人士称，嫌犯在搜查房屋后，将父亲与家属分开并对其实施殴打，迫使其“提供身份信息和密码”。一名接近调查的消息人士透露，嫌疑人在作案过程中用汽车钥匙击打了12岁女儿的面部。
最终，四人携带约4万欧元（约合4.6万美元）逃离现场，而受害者是在自行挣脱束缚后才发现异常的。消防员于早上7点抵达现场。
Prosecutors described the victim as in a state of shock and was subsequently taken to the Forensic Medical Center for examination, and a victim assistance society has been assigned to provide support. The case has been characterized as kidnapping and extortion by an organized group and has been referred to the Regional Judicial Police and the French Cybercrime Office. Currently, all four suspects are still at large.
Such cases, known as "Wrench attacks" in France, typically target targets with visible wealth, having previously occurred in incidents such as the finger of the father of the crypto billionaire, the attack on the wife of the Sandbox co-founder, and the murder of Binance France CEO. The difference in this case is that the victim was a salaried IT technician and the stolen amount was only tens of thousands of euros.
France has become the country most affected by such attacks. Data from the French National Anti-Organized Crime Prosecutor's Office shows that in the first eight months of 2026 alone, more than 70 cases of cryptocurrency-related kidnapping and illegal detention have been recorded. In a special operation earlier this year, authorities arrested 88 people, some of whom were minors.
Globally, statistics from blockchain analysis company Chainalysis show that the amount involved in the "wrench attack" in 2026 reached US$30 million; while CertiK's data shows that the loss within half a year was as high as US$124 million, an increase of twelve times.
