Robinhood 首席执行官弗拉德·特涅夫（Vlad Tenev）在《Mad Money》节目中接受吉姆·克莱默（Jim Cramer）采访时指出，加密货币合约已占据 Robinhood 预测市场业务的不成比例的大部分份额。他预计，不出几年，“体育博彩实际上将成为少数派”。他将体育博彩视为吸引流动性和用户的切入点，并表示该行业的扩张将远远超出这一领域。
数据显示，Robinhood 的事件合约收入同比激增超过十倍，第二季度达到 1.56 亿美元，成为该公司增长最快的业务线。8 月份，合约交易次数达 47 亿次，约为去年同期的 15 倍。与此同时，Robinhood 的加密货币交易收入却出现下滑。

在监管层面，体育类合约是争议最大的类别。上个月，第九巡回上诉法院裁定内华达州有权对 Kalshi 的体育合约进行监管，这与第三巡回上诉法院的裁决相左。新泽西州已请求最高法院对此作出最终裁决。各州主张体育合约实质上是变相赌博，而加密货币合约则无需面对此类法律纠纷。随着业务重心向加密货币转移，Robinhood 增长最快的业务正步入更为稳固的法律基础之上。
特涅夫还举了一个揭示性的例子来说明这种趋势。他表示，用户可以对《Clarity Act》（加密清晰法案）的走势进行交易，因为 Robinhood 已开设相关市场。尽管该法案上周未能通过终止辩论程序，但预测市场已提前反映了这一结果，Polymarket 上的相关概率在投票前从 35% 骤降至 11%。
