币安向稳定币发行商Circle投资1亿美元，深化USDC合作

作为扩大为期五年合作协议的一部分，旨在促进USDC在加密货币交易所的推广，币安（Binance）已向稳定币发行商Circle投资了1亿美元。

根据周二向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，9月17日，Circle通过私募方式向币安发行了1,237,011股A类普通股，每股价格为80.84美元。该购买价格反映了在交易完成前Circle市场价格的折扣。

据雅虎财经数据显示，周一收盘价为每股94.29美元后，在纽交所交易的CRCL股票在周二盘前交易中上涨超过1.3%。

根据协议条款，Circle将根据通过其模块化智能合约钱包基础设施持有的USDC数量，按月向币安支付激励费用。此外，币安还同意在其平台上开展其他活动以推广USDC。

币安承诺在长达两年的时间内不出售、转让、分配、质押或抵押这些Circle股份。如果币安在特定条件下终止商业协议，这一限制可能会提前结束。在锁定期内，币安保留这些股份的投票权。

此次安排取代了双方于2024年11月和2025年8月达成的协议。新协议期限为五年，尽管在规定的情况下，任何一方均可提前终止。
