Animoca Brands 暂停通过反向合并实现纳斯达克上市计划

Animoca Brands 宣布，已暂停与纳斯达克上市公司 Currenc Group 进行反向合并以推动公司上市的计划。双方在市场状况及交易预计完成时间表的综合评估后，共同作出了这一决定。

根据此前拟议的交易方案，Currenc 将收购 Animoca，交易完成后，Animoca 的股东将持有合并后在纳斯达克上市的新公司 95% 的股份。Animoca 表示，若未来条件允许，双方可能会恢复相关讨论。

Animoca Brands 执行主席 Yat Siu 表示：“随着我们推进为满足主要证券交易所严格合规标准所需的全面审计流程，我们将继续探索实现公开上市的最佳路径。”

Animoca Brands 是一家总部位于香港的投资与游戏公司，其投资组合涵盖 The Sandbox、Moca Network 和 Open Campus 等项目。该公司曾曾在澳大利亚证券交易所（ASX）上市，但于 2020 年 3 月被摘牌。
