XRP holdings map has attracted attention: Ripple accounts account for nearly 40% of the supply.

The latest XRP ownership map released by cryptocurrency enthusiast "XRP Update" on the X platform details the holdings of XRP by major marked accounts. Currently, Ripple-related accounts lead the chart with a supply share of 39.86%, followed by Upbit and Coinbase with 6.41% and 5.81% respectively.

This chart tracks the distribution of XRP ownership among tagged accounts, other wallets on the wealth list, and addresses other than the top 10,000 addresses, and uses a maximum supply of 100 billion XRPs as a benchmark.

Ripple accounts rank first in the breakdown, with 31 accounts controlling 39.86% of supply. Upbit ranks second with 13 accounts holding 6.41%, while Coinbase holds 5.81% through 349 wallets.

Exchanges hold large XRP shares

The ownership chart also shows that several large exchanges are also among the largest token holders. Binance holds a 2.75% share through 147 accounts. Chris Larsen has 7 accounts under his name, holding a total of 2.53%;Bithumb holds 1.84% through 3 accounts. In addition, a single address identified as "rJ9Ey7... gaUdt7" also accounted for 1.80%.
