区块链分析公司Chainalysis指出，在针对Ledger设备持有者的盗窃案中，最大的受害者之一竟是一名诈骗分子。该诈骗分子损失了超过60枚比特币（BTC），价值约480万美元。

资金源于“任务诈骗”陷阱

据Chainalysis披露，这些资金源自一起典型的“任务诈骗”。2023年9月22日，诈骗分子将非法所得转入三个不同的Ledger地址。随后在10月9日，窃贼通过三次独立转账，将这三个地址内的资金全部清空，并汇入同一个被标记为持有赃款的钱包中。

Chainalysis在X平台（原推特）上发表声明称：“Ledger盗窃案的最大受害者之一就是骗子本人。”其解释称，这类诈骗通常以支付报酬诱导受害者进行虚假销售或商品评论开始。当账户出现“负余额”时，受害者会被要求自行充值才能提现，从而落入圈套。

针对硬件钱包的有组织犯罪集团

随着调查人员追踪一波Ledger钱包资金被盗事件的流向，Ledger官方将此归咎于一个有组织的犯罪集团。该公司表示，犯罪分子购买了正品硬件钱包，在其中植入隐藏组件以窃取助记词，随后通过东南亚的二手经销商重新流入市场。

Ledger的安全实验室发现，部分预装恶意软件的CryptoBilis品牌钱包会通过LTE网络发送助记词信息。对此，其他硬件钱包制造商如Trezor和OneKey已宣布与CryptoBilis切断合作关系。

Ledger强调，攻击者建立了自己的基础设施来收集助记词、盗取及清洗资金。公司重申，其芯片、操作系统及服务器均不存在漏洞，系统未遭入侵。目前，Ledger正联合执法部门及安全社区共同追踪资金流向。
