Latest encryption news: Over US$3 billion in clearing drives the encryption market to exceed US$2.7

The cryptocurrency market has rebounded to more than US$2.7 trillion, and the severe short squeeze in the recent rally has led to the liquidation of more than US$3 billion in bearish positions, providing support for the market. Bitcoin once exceeded US$80,000. At the same time, as ETF inflows improved and leverage within the system was cleared, the overall market recovered.

This rebound has also brought renewed attention to the issuance of speculative assets.

MemeToro is taking a different approach, with its artificial intelligence system designed to release proposed terms for tokens before fundraising.

Short covering amplifies market gains

The latest cryptocurrency trend is not driven by a single factor.

Bitcoin's breakthrough of US$80,000 coincided with increased demand for ETFs and a shift in expectations in the treasury bond market. A large number of short positions were subsequently liquidated to accelerate the rally, forcing bearish traders to liquidate when price movements were unfavorable. According to reports, the recent wave of liquidations is about US$3 billion or more.

Bitcoin has since fallen back to around $79,000. The spot Bitcoin ETF continues to attract capital inflows. As of August 27, it has recorded net inflows for eight consecutive trading days, with inflows of approximately US$2.8 billion during the period.

These factors together push the overall market value back above US$2.7 trillion, although traders remain wary of profit-taking and macroeconomic risks.

The terms of memin issuance often lag behind the idea

The current market cycle also highlights an embarrassing feature of memin issuance.

Before deciding whether to participate, traders can study a project's goals, community, chain, market conditions, and similar tokens. But for new memocoins, one key piece of information is often available after the issuance process has begun: the specific terms under which the token is actually funded and allocated.

MemeToro built its system around this missing link.

Its planned issuance announcement will be released before the financing round opens. The document will list in advance the proposed tokens, supporting evidence, reasons, financing parameters and other issuance conditions.

This information is designed to allow participants to have specific content to review before investing money.

Fixed rate financing is part of the design

The fair-start miniin system in MemeToro's plan is being designed around fixed rate financing rather than traditional sales methods whose terms are difficult to determine in advance.

The project intends to use predefined financing conditions, wallet limits and thresholds. Approved proposals will then enter a financing round, using BNB, selected stablecoins or MTs, and plan to enforce the rules through public smart contracts.

The keyword here is "planned". MemeToro's current GitHub codebase makes it clear that its contracts are still under development and have not been audited or deployed for use in a production environment.

This distinction is useful when evaluating projects. The open source code base shows what is being built, but the ultimate test will be whether the rules work as expected when the contract is deployed to the BNB Chain testnet.

AI agents do not serve every release project

AI component is another unusual feature of this model.

MemeToro's current proxy process receives news and platform X signals, attaches evidence, and generates draft proposals. Its verification system can reject claims and proposed internal allocation plans that are not supported by evidence. The project is also developing mechanisms to verify whether the cited evidence is still valid and whether the proposed token code conflicts with existing tokens.

The roadmap goes one step further.

MemeToro said that when available signals point to harmful or inappropriate content, agents should be able to reject proposals, rather than automatically generating tokens just because a topic is hot.

This makes AI a screening and proposal layer rather than the final decider of release.

The next test is on the chain

The current market rebound has created a more active environment for speculative assets, but has also exposed the risks of leverage and emotion-driven trading.

MemeToro's approach addresses different aspects of the question: what information participants can see before funding new tokens.

Subsequent milestones include the deployment of fair start contracts on the BNB Chain test network, integration of the ERC-8004 identity system, and independent security reviews.

If these components work as designed, the model may provide traders with more information before the start of the miniin financing round. But for now, the contract is still under development, so disclosing the code and roadmap makes more sense than any statement about completing the distribution platform.
