GOMINING GoMining is expanding its education platform beyond Bitcoin mining with a free course covering the broader blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
The new "Blockchain and Cryptocurrency" course is the third free course launched by GoMining College, which has currently attracted more than 740,000 learners, of whom more than 194,000 have completed at least one course.
This course has eight courses and does not focus specifically on mining, but aims to explain the technologies and concepts people encounter when purchasing, holding or using digital assets.
topics cover the origins of blockchain and decentralized networks, as well as Bitcoin, altcoins, stablecoins, smart contracts, NFTs, wallets and private keys. The course also explains the differences between proof of work and proof of stake, and explores blockchain applications beyond cryptocurrency.
This expansion reflects GoMining's commitment to positioning its education platform around the broader Bitcoin and crypto ecosystem, rather than just mining. GoMining itself has grown into an ecosystem serving more than 5.5 million users, with products ranging from digital BTC miners, GoMining cards, Simple Earn, Instant Funds and GOMINING tokens.
GoMining College's existing courses have received more than 105,000 learner scores, with an average score of 4.8 points (out of 5 points).
The latest course does not require any blockchain knowledge foundation, and the content lasts about 80 minutes. Each lesson is provided in video, text and audio formats, and video subtitles support seven languages.
Learners can also complete a quiz and a 10-question final test, and get a certificate of completion if they correct 8 questions correctly.
Educational materials themselves can be obtained without creating a GoMining account. Only users who want to save their learning progress, take final tests and obtain certificates need to register an account.
