FollowingBitget Wallet 在 Arbitrum 网络部署 rTokens，打通美股上链新路径
@BitgetWalleth 通过 @RealityFi_xyz 在 @ArbitrumOne 网络正式上线了一系列名为 rTokens 的代币化股票。首批推出的产品包括 $rAAPL、$rSPCX 和 $rGOOGL，将部分最受关注的美国股票以链上形式直接引入 Arbitrum 的去中心化金融（DeFi）生态。
rTokens 是什么？它是如何运作的？
rTokens 由 Reality 发行，这是一个受监管的代币化资产平台，并由 Bitget 提供支持。每个 rToken 均与真实持有的股票保持 1:1 的抵押关系，这些股票存放在经美国金融业监管局（FINRA）注册并受证券投资者保护公司（SIPC）保护的美国经纪交易商处。
此外，Reality 还聘请了美国注册的会计师事务所 The Network Firm 发布每日储备金证明，验证已发行的 rToken 与底层持仓之间的 1:1 对应关系。
rToken 于 2026 年 6 月 2 日正式上线。每个代币名称均以“r”为前缀，后接对应的股票代码，例如苹果公司的 rAAPL。其定价和交易均以 USDT 进行。该平台承诺提供实时结算支持，允许用户每周五天、每天 24 小时通过稳定币进行发行和赎回，并支持代币化股票的碎片化持有。
Arbitrum：RWA 结算层的核心角色
The deployment on Arbitrum One aims to unlock combinability between the broader DeFi protocols. Once integrated, liquidity can be routed directly to @Uniswap,@SushiSwap and @Pendle_fi, allowing rToken holders to access on-chain trading venues without leaving the Arbitrum ecosystem.
The total value of rToken currently deployed on the Arbitrum network is approximately US$159 million, further consolidating its position as the leading settlement tier of real-world asset (RWA) products. Arbitrum remains one of the Layer 2 networks with the highest TVL (Total Locked Value), which means that rToken can benefit from the existing liquidity infrastructure and a large user base familiar with ERC-20 assets.
Macro Background and Market Opportunities
The timing of this move is also in line with broader industry trends. Since 2025, the scale of tokenized RWA has increased several times, reaching US$19.3 billion by the end of the first quarter of 2026; among them, the scale of tokenized stocks has expanded to US$500 million since their launch in mid-2025.
