根据aelf 9月14日的恢复公告，AELF主链和tDVV dAppChain的公共全节点访问现已重新可用。项目方表示，aelfscan、FairyVault转账、Awaken交易、Forest NFT浏览以及TMRW DAO质押界面等功能均已恢复正常连接。
aelf指出，其恢复运行期间并未在这些服务中执行实际交易，这意味着“可访问性”并不等同于“端到端确认”。另有独立报道显示，截至9月15日，两个链状态端点的区块高度均在推进，但检查过程未提交任何交易或执行转账、交易及奖励领取操作。

关于停机的未明确事项
根据aelf 8月26日发布的事件更新，社区曾于8月18日收到通知，得知影响AELF和tDVV的恶意智能合约活动。随后项目方进行了受控恢复。截至该日期，aelf已识别出155笔与恶意活动相关的交易：其中127笔发生在AELF上，28笔发生在tDVV上，并分析了五个独特的.NET负载程序集。需注意的是，这些是项目方报告的发现，而非经过独立审计的数据。

Aelf said that the exchange's recharge and withdrawal functions are gradually being restored, and availability may vary depending on the platform, urging users to check official exchange announcements and confirm whether the service is enabled. This disclaimer is crucial: the restoration of public nodes does not ensure that services on all trading platforms are online simultaneously.
Access to specific platforms remains an independent issue
The restored chain infrastructure and core services are independent of the transfer status of any single platform. For example:
- MEXC: After updating the recharge address, it plans to resume the recharge and withdrawal of ELF at 07:00 UTC time on September 5, and instructs the user to generate a new recharge address because the old address has expired.
- Bithumb: plans to resume ELF transfers at 14:00 Korean Standard Time on September 14, and stated that funds deposited during the suspension period will be credited in order after resumption. Bithumb also pointed out that during the transfer suspension, transaction functions are still available, so the suspension only involves top-ups and withdrawals, not all exchange activities.
- INDODAX: According to unconfirmed reports, an old September 2 announcement cited by CryptoSlate showed INDODAX's ELF transfers were still closed; the original announcement was not independently obtained and subsequent account availability has yet to be verified.
As with the operational disruption seen by CoinEx when it shut down the platform, the status at the platform level can differ significantly from the recovery at the network level.
