韩国近日出台了一项新法规，为公共机构使用基于区块链的数字货币支付运营费用铺平了道路。根据该规定，公共机构将能够使用基于区块链的数字货币支付特定的运营费用，包括员工在执行公务过程中产生的宣传及相关支出。
监管沙盒豁免与数字化支付扩展
韩国科学技术信息通信部宣布，批准了九项针对新技术和服务的监管沙盒豁免决定。这些决定是在9月21日举行的第45届信息通信技术（ICT）监管沙盒委员会书面审查后作出的。
在新规下，公共机构不仅可以使用实体卡片，还可以通过智能手机扫描二维码来支付运营费用。此举旨在扩大数字支付方式在公共支出中的应用范围。
同步对账提升交易效率
据悉，在使用基于区块链的数字货币进行支付时，对账流程将与支付过程同步完成。这一特性使得交易处理速度得以提升，避免了传统模式下支付与后续结算分阶段进行的繁琐步骤。
