Aztec 在其文档中将 Alpha 网络称为处于早期、未经审计阶段的主网。自今年7月随着首批应用上线并推出 Alpha V5 以来，该网络现已发布第二个主要版本。Aztec 在宣布 Tierra 的博文指出，Tierra 的一项修复措施针对的是 Aztec 于今年8月披露的一个漏洞：即 V5 零知识证明系统中存在的一个缺陷（于7月27日发现），攻击者可能利用此漏洞提交本应被网络拒绝的交易证明。Aztec 当时表示，无法确定在漏洞被发现前是否有人利用了这一缺陷。

Aztec 称，其基于人工智能的测试工具还发现了其他经过数月人工审计都未能察觉的关键漏洞。此外，Tierra 在修复漏洞的基础上，增加了对核心密码学组件的形式化验证。

Aztec 基金会联合创始人兼首席执行官 Zac Williamson 表示，隐私“不应该是需要请求或依赖他人保护的东西”，而应内置于网络本身之中。

更快的证明速度与品牌重塑

在性能方面，Aztec 表示，隐私交易的原生客户端证明时间现约为1秒，大致是前一版本速度的两倍；以太坊到 Aztec 的消息传递时间也从平均两分钟缩短至最低12秒。

此次升级伴随着品牌重塑和新网站的推出，以及一系列涵盖支付、交易和人工智能的隐私应用。Aztec 将复兴后的 zk.money 和 Nyx 支付应用列为优先发展项目，同时包括 Galactica（一种私有 AI 推理服务）和 Nemi（一种私有永续合约交易应用）等其他应用。

目前，超过3,000个验证节点正在保障网络安全，该网络结算至以太坊，并使用 Aztec (AZTEC) 代币进行质押。该代币是在去年12月完成的一笔价值6,100万美元的社区销售中分配的。
