BTC H100 CEO Eirik Grøttum increases his stake, leaving Bitcoin reserves unchanged
H100 Group CEO Eirik Grøttum expanded his indirect shareholding in the H100 Group through recent purchases by Kode Oslo AS, of which he serves as a director and major shareholder. Disclosure documents filed on September 17 showed that Kode Oslo AS acquired 407,163 H100 shares worth 621,887 Swedish kronor (SEK). These transactions were completed between August 19 and September 15, with an average price per share of SEK 1.53.
Increase in shareholding in Grøttum related entities
After the acquisition, Kode Oslo AS, which has close ties to Grøttum, holds 2,771,787 H100 shares. Grøttum holds 20% of the company and serves on its board of directors. Olav Grøttum Holding AS, another entity wholly owned by Grøttum, holds an additional 2,627,677 H100 shares. Taken together, the two companies control a total of 5,399,464 shares, demonstrating a significant consolidated position related to the H100 CEO.
In a public statement, the company emphasized that entities closely related to Grøttum collectively control this large equity position. The transaction follows a strategy of increasing exposure to H100 rather than directly purchasing Bitcoin reserves. The company clarified that these declarations were limited to equity positions and were not related to newly purchased bitcoins. With recent acquisitions, closely related entities now own a total of 5,399,464 shares of H100 stock, a move that reflects confidence in the long-term direction of H100.

Despite these data, H100 reported an equity ratio of 86%. The company describes itself as a technology and longevity company, while significantly operating an actively managed Bitcoin investment strategy. According to Grøttum, if H100's share price is below net asset value, a repurchase may be considered, but this does not mean that a repurchase program is about to start.
Regulatory changes in Sweden now allow companies listed on Swedish multilateral trading facilities, including NGM Nordic SME traded on H100, to buy back their shares after December 5. As of the latest disclosure, Grøttum has further increased his indirect investments, while H100's core Bitcoin position remains at 3,506.4 BTC. Against the backdrop of evolving regulatory licensing and volatile cryptocurrency markets, the company continues to monitor its capital strategy.
