According to information from the TOKEN2049 official website, this conference attracted 25,000 participants, and executives from companies such as NASDAQ, Franklin Templeton, and Hyperliquid attended the event.
Several weeks ago, discussions on Polymarket’s tokens resurfaced on social media, with comparisons being made between the platform’s revenue and the valuation of HYPE. At that time, Coplan hinted that he would revisit this topic again.
IPO or tokens: Polymarket faces a strategic choice.
In addition to market rumors, Polymarket must decide how to fund its growth. The platform has drawn the attention of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), which has pledged to invest up to $2 billion. In the United States, Polymarket operates through QCX, which was designated as a futures market by U.S. regulators in July 2025.
