BTC Ledger 要求东南亚及香港经销商下架硬件钱包，正调查植入物事件
周二，加密货币硬件钱包制造商 Ledger 在推特上表示，已要求其在东南亚和香港的零售商与分销商停止销售其硬件钱包产品，并将现有库存撤下。此举旨在配合公司对设备中疑似发现隐藏植入物的调查。
该禁令涵盖的国家与地区包括印度尼西亚、新加坡、泰国、菲律宾、越南、马来西亚以及香港。Ledger 指出，目前确认的案件均集中在东南亚地区，公司尚未核实在其他地区购买的设备是否存在资金被盗的情况。此前，Ledger 曾表示，所有已确认的资金损失案例均涉及通过该地区代理商 CryptoBilis 销售的设备。
Ledger 仍在努力查明是谁对设备进行了篡改，以及篡改行为发生在供应链的哪个环节。公司强调，目前没有迹象表明其自身的基础设施、系统、服务或直接销售渠道遭到破坏。
Ledger 旗下的 Donjon 安全团队发现，该植入物能够在设备设置过程中从屏幕上读取24位助记词（恢复短语），并通过 LTE 网络将其发送出去。任何持有该助记词的人均可恢复钱包并转移其中的资金。链上调查机构 Specter 追踪到超过 8600 万美元的可疑盗窃金额，但 Ledger 表示这一数字尚未经过官方核实。
In addition, Ledger also mentioned in another tweet that earlier on Tuesday, Germany's large electronics retailer MediaMarkt Saturn reached an agreement with Ledger to stop selling Ledger devices in its stores and online platforms. This decision was made after a German customer reported discovering implants inside their devices. So far, there have been no reports of financial losses related to this incident.
Competitor Trezor announced that it will gradually cease granting licenses to its distributors
. Meanwhile, another hardware wallet manufacturer, Trezor, announced on Tuesday that it will cease granting licenses to its distributors starting from January 1, 2027. Trezor described this as a “preventive measure,” stating that there is currently no evidence indicating that any of its own devices have been tampered with or hacked.
