As of 0:00 a.m. Korean Standard Time on September 3, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) on the Upbit Exchange in South Korea was 105.74 million won, down 1.18% from the previous day. On the global trading platform Binhang, BTC traded for 104.55 million won, a difference of 1.19 million won, and the premium for kimchi was 1.14%.
Ethereum (ETH), a mainstream altcoin, recorded a 1.19% kimchi premium. Other major altcoins also traded at premium prices, including Solana (SOL) at 1.13%, XRP (XRP) at 1.16%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.56%, and Sui (SUI) at 1.23%. Currently, the kimchi premium of most mainstream altcoins remains within the range of 0.5% to 1.2%.
