On September 11, South Korean Bitcoin experienced a "kimchi premium" of 1.52%

As of 12:00 am Korean time on September 11, the trading price of Bitcoin (BTC) on the South Korean Upbit Exchange was 10.555 million won, down 0.81% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, the price of BTC is 10.396 million won, with a spread of 1.59 million won, and the "kimchi premium" reaches 1.52%.

Mainstream altcoins generally show premium transactions

As a leading altcoin, Ethereum (ETH) has a "kimchi premium" of 1.41%. Other major altcoins also trade at a premium, with Solana (SOL) at a premium of 1.51%, XRP at 1.56%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 2.31%, and Sui (SUI) at 1.64%. Currently, the "kimchi premium" of most mainstream altcoins is concentrated in the range of 1.4% to 2.3%.
