Bitcoin Spot ETF suffered net redemption for three consecutive days

On September 10 (Eastern Time), the US Bitcoin Spot Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) recorded a net outflow of US$283 million. This data marks three consecutive trading days of capital outflows from Bitcoin ETF, reflecting that institutional investors remained cautious about Bitcoin investment products that day.

The continued outflow of funds has attracted great attention from market participants because these data can reveal changes in institutional sentiment and the trend of capital allocation. The latest data shows that Bitcoin ETFs are once again facing net selling pressure.

Ethereum ETF also has a net outflow, but BlackRock's products performed well.

At the same time, the U.S. Ethereum spot ETF was not spared, recording a net outflow of US$29.76 million that day. Despite the weak performance of the overall sector, BlackRock's ETH ETF attracted a net inflow of US$13.95 million, making it the strongest performing Ethereum ETF product of the day.

ETHB's positive performance partially offset the overall withdrawal of funds from the Ethereum ETF sector. This divergence results highlight the different preferences of investors in the ETF market.

Institutional sentiment remains the focus of the market

ETF fund flows on September 10 indicate that institutional investors are continuing to adjust their exposure to digital asset investment products. As Bitcoin ETF recorded net outflows for three consecutive days, and Ethereum funds also experienced net redemptions, market participants will continue to monitor ETF activity to capture signals of changing emotions and future demand trends in the crypto market.
