Solana借贷协议Kamino已任命Yieldstreet联合创始人Michael Weisez担任首席执行官，以领导其在纽约的运营建设及围绕机构信贷和代币化资产进行的美国市场扩张。此举标志着Solana最大规模的借贷协议之一正式引入传统金融高管，旨在深化机构级增长。
高层变动与团队组建
Weisz将全面负责Kamino的美国扩张战略，并与机构投资者资产管理公司及金融平台建立合作。他将在纽约组建一支涵盖财务、产品、法律、合规及业务发展领域的专业团队。Weisz在金融科技和私募市场领域拥有超过二十年的经验，曾联合创立Yieldstreet（现更名为Willow Wealth）。据Kamino披露，在该平台任职期间，其累计部署资金超过60亿美元，服务投资者逾50万人，并与高盛、凯雷集团、KKR、Ares、堡垒投资及StepStone等知名金融机构建立了合作关系。
Weisz在声明中表示：“我们非常高兴宣布Michael Weisz出任Kamino新任首席执行官。在历经近十年的Yieldstreet创业历程后，Michael的加入将引领我们进入机构增长的新篇章，并将Kamino的影响力拓展至美国市场。”
纽约总部选址与基础设施搭建
纽约将成为Kamino机构扩张的战略基地，使其能够更紧密地对接资产管理公司、金融平台、受监管服务提供商及资本提供方。Weisz指出，将资产上链创造了关于抵押品、结算和分发方面的新机遇，但金融机构仍需完善的法律、合规、运营、信用及流动性基础设施支持。
据CoinDesk报道，Kamino正在考虑租赁约2万平方英尺的办公空间，并计划招聘首席财务官及法务负责人。尽管官方公告确认了评估纽约办公室空间的意向，但未明确具体面积。目前，Kamino尚未公布纽约办公室的具体开业时间表或招聘截止日期，但其正持续推进包括财务、法律及合规在内的核心团队建设，同时不断完善其基于Solana的基础设施。
真实世界资产（RWA）借贷表现强劲
Kamino的机构计划建立在现有的现实世界资产借贷市场基础之上。其与Figure Technologies及Hastra共同推出的PRIME市场，将Figure借贷业务产生的收益引入Solana去中心化金融（DeFi）市场。Figure此前表示，Kamino是其PRIME业务的独家链上信贷及借贷合作伙伴。Figure称，其“民主化Prime”业务每月通过链上贷款发起产生超过10亿美元的收益，其中包括与房屋净值贷款相关的资金池。
Kamino数据显示，PRIME存款在上线后的107天内便突破了6亿美元大关。此外，公开股票也进入了相同的借贷框架。Forward Industries于2025年12月确认，符合条件的非美国持有者可以将代币化的FWDI股份作为抵押品在Kamino上借入稳定币，同时保留对股票的价格敞口。这些代币化证券使用Superstate的Opening Bell系统，由Superstate担任登记过户代理人。
类似案例亦见于Galaxy。Galaxy在其2026年第二季度Solana报告中指出，代币化的GLXY股份已于同年4月通过Superstate在Kamino上成为可用抵押品。截至报告发布时，超过1,700万美元的Superstate发行资产（包括GLXY）已被用作可借出抵押品。
关键数据与市场表现
根据DefiLlama最新数据，Kamino的锁定总价值（TVL）约为14.3亿美元，全部位于Solana网络，活跃贷款规模约为10.2亿美元。该协议累计手续费收入约为2.49亿美元，累计营收接近5,030万美元。Kamino声称，在过去四年中，其处理的累计交易量超过6,500亿美元，发放贷款超过200亿美元，并在经过30多次独立审计和四次正式验证的过程中，实现了零用户坏账及零安全事故的记录。
In terms of token prices, the KMNO token's response to this leadership change was relatively flat. Market data showed that the price of the token on September 16 was approximately US$0.025, and the market value was approximately US$138 million. This shows that although the market value of governance tokens is relatively small, Kamino, as one of Solana's largest lending applications, still has a large underlying lending assets.
Policy background and challenges
Kamino attributed part of its U.S. expansion to adjustments in U.S. digital asset policies. Its September 15 announcement cited the GENIUS Act, the regulatory treatment of bank crypto activities, and progress in Congressional legislation on crypto market structure. However, the policy environment is full of uncertainty. Just hours after the announcement, the U.S. Senate voted 49-50 on September 15 to fail to issue a resolution on H.R. Bill 3633 (CLARITY Act) initiates the process of closing debate. That meant the bill failed to pass the procedural stage that day, and Senate records did not provide a new vote date.
The vote does not repeal existing cryptocurrency rules, nor does it prevent regulators from acting under existing legal powers. With U.S. encryption regulations still pending in 2026, Kamino needs to continue to respond to complex compliance challenges while advancing physical implementation. At the same time, the tokenized asset market on Solana is also expanding rapidly, with previous data showing its real-world asset value reaching US$2.7 billion.
