Michael Saylor旗下的策略公司（Strategy）已重新开始购买比特币。该公司于2026年9月21日打破了长达三周的暂停期。
根据9月21日提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件显示，策略公司以约7,570万美元的价格购买了950枚比特币。这也是该公司自8月下旬以来的首次采购行动。截至目前，策略公司共持有84.6万枚比特币。
这一举动并未令密切关注该公司的观察者感到意外。在购买前一天，Saylor在社交媒体上发布了一张图表，展示了公司的比特币购买历史，并配文称“多一点橙色”（a little more orange），暗示其对加密货币的持续看好。
累计支出与资本运作
Over the years, Strategy has accumulated huge Bitcoin positions through repeated purchases, with cumulative expenditures reaching US$63.8 billion.
It is worth noting that between September 14 and September 20, Strategy did not sell any shares through its "at-the-market" stock program, but instead kept the focus on Bitcoin rather than raising cash through new share offerings. At the same time, the company bought back $174 million worth of preferred stock during the same window period, an operation disclosed in the same SEC filing as the Bitcoin purchase record.
Changes in Bitcoin ETF funds flows
This week, Fidelity managed Bitcoin ETF (FBTC) surpassed BlackRock's IBIT ETF in terms of capital inflows. Two weeks ago, IBIT's inflows were nearly six times higher than FBTC.
Data shows that FBTC attracted US$306 million in capital inflows on September 18, while IBIT's capital inflows on that day were only about one-third of FBTC's. On the same day, Bitcoin climbed to nearly $81,000, reflecting that investors are turning more money into Fidelity's fund products.
Regulatory Environment and Financial Situation
Saylor also commented this week on a defeated CLARITY Act. He said crypto companies would be better off if they could work directly with the SEC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Treasury Department and other regulatory agencies than if they accepted a compromise bill. He recommends companies focus on building businesses and driving adoption growth in the next few years while waiting for regulators to use existing authority to create rules.
