Coinbase获CFTC批准推出自有清算机构，完善衍生品基础设施

Coinbase已获得美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）的批准，正式推出其旗下位于美国的衍生品清算组织——Coinbase Clearing LLC。该注册于周一生效，允许该清算所对全额抵押的期货、期货期权以及互换合约进行清算。不过，目前的注册范围尚不包括杠杆产品。

Coinbase总法律顾问Molly Abraham表示：“今日获得的CFTC批准标志着Coinbase端到端衍生品基础设施的完整构建。这将使我们能够以原生USDC作为抵押品，并提供全天候结算服务，从而向市场推出更多受监管的衍生品。”

此次获批使Coinbase进一步掌控了其衍生品业务的关键环节。目前，Coinbase已拥有Coinbase Financial Markets Inc.（期货经纪商）和Coinbase Derivatives LLC（交易所），而新增的清算机构将与之形成互补。这也标志着Coinbase从加密货币交易平台向金融市场基础设施提供商转型的重要一步。

衍生品清算组织在衍生品交易的买卖双方之间起到中介作用，负责管理结算及对手方风险，包括在一方违约时提供保障。通过其衍生品交易所，Coinbase列出了与美国监管合规挂钩的比特币和以太坊等加密货币期货，同时也提供大宗商品和股票指数期货，以及长期限的永续型加密货币合约。

其他加密企业也在积极推进美国衍生品基础设施的内化建设。例如，Kraken母公司Payward已于5月完成对Bitnomial的收购，从而获得了一家受CFTC监管的交易所、清算所及期货经纪业务资质。
