SOL The Ethereum ETF suffered a heavy blow: a net outflow of US$542.1 million in a single week, the worst performance since January this year.
As of October 9, the U.S. spot Ethereum ETF recorded a net outflow of US$542.1 million, the worst week since January this year. According to analysis by SoValue data, the outflow widened the total outflow of funds for nine consecutive days to US$697.2 million. Early Saturday morning, the price of ether hovered around $2,506. Bitcoin and Solana funds have also experienced redemption situations, indicating that the cryptocurrency investment field is facing broader pressure.
Blackstone's ETHA leads the redemption wave
BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) accounted for US$477 million of the week's total outflow of US$542.1 million, accounting for approximately 88% of the total outflow of the Ethereum ETF. Grayscale's ETHE followed closely, recording an outflow of $31.9 million. The biggest drop in a single day occurred on Tuesday, with $201.9 million withdrawn from ETHA that day. The redemption coincided with the fund's implementation of a 1 - 3 reverse stock split. Reverse stock splits will change the number of shares and the stock price, but will not individually change the value of investors 'positions. Although industry net assets fell 10% to $15.71 billion, the Ethereum ETF has retained a cumulative net inflow of $13.26 billion since its launch. Net inflows in 2026 reached $931.8 million, indicating that recent sell-off has not erased early demand.
Bitcoin and Solana ETF losses reflect broader risk aversion
