Ripple旗下国家信托银行获货币监理署最终批准

Ripple公司于周一宣布，其旗下的国家信托银行已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）的最终批准。此次批准标志着Ripple国家信托银行（RNTB）的特许设立程序正式完成，该银行此前已于2025年12月获得OCC的有条件批准。

据Ripple方面介绍，这家受联邦监管的信托银行被授权管理支撑Ripple USD（RLUSD）的储备金，作为RLUSD持有人的利益代表担任抵押品受托人，并提供数字资产托管服务。RLUSD仍将由标准托管与信托公司（Standard Custody & Trust Company）发行，该公司是受纽约州金融服务部监管的Ripple旗下有限目的信托公司。

Ripple首席执行官布拉德·加林豪斯（Brad Garlinghouse）在周一于X平台发文表示：“我们一直认为加密货币和银行业能够相辅相成——这正是其具体体现。真正的创新、真正的问责制以及联邦层面的监督。”

在此前7月，Circle公司已率先获得OCC的最终批准。目前，其他加密企业仍处于有条件批准阶段，其中包括今年4月获得初步绿灯的Coinbase，以及在2月获得有条件批准的Crypto.com和由Stripe拥有的Bridge公司。

国家信托银行的独特定位

根据OCC的定义，国家信托银行是一家持有联邦特许执照的机构，专注于代表客户持有和管理资产。与典型的商业银行不同，大多数国家信托银行不接受存款或发放贷款，也不享有联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）的保险保障。
