Current technical indicators show continued market strength. Bitcoin's Average Direction Index (ADX) is 40.6, well above the key level of 25 used by traders to judge persistent trends. The positive indicator (DI+) is above the negative indicator (DI-), indicating that the buyer still dominates. The 50-day index moving average (EMA) is higher than the 200-day index moving average, reaffirming the bullish market structure.
A "golden cross" was formed last week, that is, the 50th EMA crossed the 200th EMA. This classic signal has traditionally been seen as a bullish signal, and the gap between the two moving averages has gradually widened.
