Net capital inflows on Monday, September 21 were US$999 million, the highest single-day record since October 6, 2025. The strong performance on the opening day set the tone for the entire week, before continuing to record a net inflow of $714.7 million on Tuesday, September 22, a decrease from Monday, but still significant.
Since then, capital inflows have gradually slowed down: from $347 million on Wednesday, September 23, to $190.6 million on Thursday, September 24. An additional $134.5 million was added on Friday, September 25, keeping the series of funds in positive inflows for seven consecutive trading days.
Although positive inflows were achieved daily from Monday to Friday, the declining trend suggests that this week's total results of US$2.4 billion are highly dependent on Monday's unusually large capital absorption capacity. It should be noted that the above daily data reflects net flow (that is, the difference between funds entering and leaving the fund over a certain period of time), rather than the total assets held by the fund.
A weekly inflow of US$2.4 billion reversed the fund flow pattern of ETFs in 2026
The week ended September 25 was the strongest week for the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF since October 2025. According to The Block, its size is only slightly lower than the US$2.7 billion inflow recorded for the week ended October 10, 2025.
This US$2.4 billion increase also maintains the cumulative performance of related products in 2026 at a positive level of approximately US$934.1 million. Year-to-date data reflects cumulative net capital inflows for the full year of 2026, while weekly data only captures activity for the current period as of September 25.
