Visa integrates payment settlement data with blockchain lending infrastructure to help stableco-linked card projects and financial technology companies obtain working capital.
On Tuesday, September 8, Visa announced that it will integrate its payment settlement data with blockchain lending infrastructure to help stableco-linked credit card projects and financial technology companies obtain working capital support.
Credit evaluation and automatic repayment mechanism based on settlement data
Lending institutions can combine VisaNet's settlement data and on-chain transaction records to evaluate the credit performance of payment services and set financing terms accordingly. Such loans are guaranteed by the settlement of accounts receivable, that is, the outstanding funds receivable by the enterprise are used as collateral; repayments are automatically deducted from incoming funds through smart contracts, realizing full automation of fund issuance, collateral management and repayment processes.
