BTC 哈萨克斯坦将建立国家加密货币分析中心以监控数字资产交易
据国家通讯社Qazinform周一报道，哈萨克斯坦国家银行主席蒂穆尔·苏莱梅诺夫在政府会议上表示，该国将建立一个国家加密货币分析中心，用于监控涉及数字资产的交易。这一新机构将建立在中央银行的SupTech（监管科技）平台之上，旨在为当局提供关于加密货币和法币资金流动的统一视图。此举标志着该国在规范数字资产监管方面迈出的又一重要步伐。作为全球领先的比特币挖矿枢纽之一，中亚国家正寻求对迅速扩张的加密市场保持更紧密的可见性。
基于央行SupTech平台构建
据苏莱梅诺夫介绍，该中心依托于国家银行的SupTech监管平台建立。它将分析交易中的法币和加密货币组成部分，以及有关客户、钱包和个人转账的信息。通过将这些数据流整合到一个统一的位置，中央银行旨在加强对数字资产活动的监管。历史上，这类活动比传统银行流水更难被监管机构追踪。SupTech的基础设施意味着新中心可以利用银行已经用于监督金融机构的技术架构。
与反欺诈中心集成
The analysis center will be connected to the National Bank's Anti-Fraud Center. Banks, law enforcement agencies and licensed digital asset providers will gain access to their verification tools, expanding the range of institutions that can query and cross-check suspicious activity. This design continues Kazakhstan's previous efforts to promote formal regulation of cryptocurrency mining and reserves through central bank-backed rules, and provides authorities with a centralized perspective to examine both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions.
Regulation follows fast-growing markets
The announcement follows Qazinform's previous report that Kazakhstan's digital asset transaction volume has reached US$10.6 billion. The country has been standardizing crypto regulation in stages, including signing a memorandum with Binance to explore stablecoins and digital payments, and has begun using its mining industry to help fund central-bank-backed crypto reserves. The establishment of the analysis center represents a further step to expand the scope of monitoring by the National Bank from payments and mining to daily monitoring of fiat and digital track transactions.
