Blockworks推出AI驱动的代理检测,实现即时代币警报

Cryptocurrency exchanges and custodians need to monitor the status of tokens in real time

Cryptocurrency exchanges and custodians must continuously monitor the status of tokens they hold or in their online paths, tracking a series of events ranging from cyber vulnerability attacks, service interruptions to software upgrades, token migration, and governance results. Many organizations rely on professional data providers to receive quick notification when major developments occur.

Blockworks accelerates token monitoring system

Blockworks, a well-known digital asset media and analysis company, has launched the "Agent Detection" system, an artificial intelligence-driven alarm system that allows customers to receive notifications of on-chain events in near real time. The update is designed to respond to the growing market demand for speed as the crypto market responds increasingly quickly to new information.

Prior to this launch, Blockworks relied mainly on manual processes. Co-founder Jason Yanowitz explained that analysts verify every development before alerting customers, which takes an average of about eight minutes per project. As trading activity increases and market response times shorten, this delay poses a challenge for institutional trading desks seeking instant data.

Today, Blockworks has trained a proprietary AI model using years of analyst data. Yanowitz said this allows the new agent to recognize and distribute alerts in seconds, rather than in the past few minutes.

The "proxy detection" feature runs on top of the "Monitoring" product originally developed by blockchain data provider Messari, which Blockworks acquired in June this year. Customers can now choose to automatically receive alerts detected by agents without having to wait for review by human analysts, significantly shortening response times.

The system scans an extensive data landscape, including content on platforms such as X, Discord and Telegram, as well as project code on GitHub, governance forums, official blogs and more than 1,000 news sources. AI agents classify each event into one of 55 subcategories and monitor more than 1,000 assets.

Alerts can be integrated into messaging platforms such as Slack and Telegram, sent via email, or pulled into customer systems via Webhooks and APIs. Each alert is marked as "Agent-detected" or "Analyst-verified" based on its audit status. Customers can choose to view only verified alerts or choose to receive faster agent-generated updates.

Blockworks claims that "proxy detection" can sound an alarm in 5 seconds, compared with 8 to 10 minutes before. The company is positioning the technology to help exchanges and custodian teams make quick decisions about listing tokens or responding to security incidents.

Industry adoption and outlook

Yanowitz pointed out that most leading exchanges and custodians currently use "monitoring" platforms to track developments that affect tokens on their platforms. However, he did not disclose the specific customer name.

The release of "Proxy Detection" marks Blockworks's first major product introduction after the acquisition of Messari. At the time of the acquisition, Blockworks highlighted its ambition to make all relevant transaction data and decisions easily accessible through optimized AI-driven APIs.

Messari, known for its blockchain analytics capabilities, was integrated into Blockworks in June this year, enhancing the company's strength in institutional-level encrypted data solutions.
