BTC Blockchain.com joins hands with the New York Stock Exchange to create a new ecosystem of 24/7 digital stock trading.
Crypto Exchange Blockchain.com is planning to bring Wall Street to its applications and is committed to achieving 24/7 uninterrupted trading services. The company announced on Wednesday that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with the New York Stock Exchange Group to provide tokenized U.S. stocks and ETF services to its users through the NYSE's planned digital trading venue. However, the agreement still requires necessary regulatory approvals and the NYSE platform has not yet been officially launched.
Breaking through traditional limitations: Opportunities for tokenized stocks
The so-called tokenized stocks are tokens based on blockchain technology and represent the shares of listed companies. Proponents point out that this model can achieve share ownership, support non-market trading and faster settlement speeds. Currently, the New York Stock Exchange, owned by the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), announced in January that it was building a digital alternative trading system (ATS) as an alternative to traditional exchanges. Such regulated markets typically operate outside traditional exchanges, and the platform promises to provide 24/7 trading and real-time online settlement services.
Two-way empowerment: connecting encrypted native investors and traditional data

此外，该协议还涵盖数据合作领域。ICE 数据服务公司计划将其加密货币市场数据分发给订阅者，同时 Blockchain.com 也将在其应用程序中整合部分纽交所和 ICE 的数据源。
监管风向转变与市场竞争加剧
此次合作的时机恰逢华盛顿政策风向的转变。上周，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）推出了一项“创新豁免”机制，允许符合条件的交易所在公共区块链上交易代币化美国股票，而无需注册为交易所。这一举措是在《清晰度法案》（Clarity Act）参议院审议陷入停滞数天后提出的，该法案本拟将此类及其他加密相关活动纳入法律框架。
与此同时，面临日益激烈的市场竞争，Blockchain.com 已于今年 5 月保密提交了美国首次公开募股（IPO）申请。此前，Coinbase 已于 8 月在以太坊二层网络 Base 上为非美国用户推出了代币化股票服务，其他加密交易平台也在竞相推出面向美国及非美国用户的代币化股票产品。
截至目前，双方均未披露具体的上线日期或财务条款。
