Chainlink ends in September: 40 new integrations, infrastructure becomes the "standard pipeline" of the chain economy.
Chainlink ushered in an important milestone in September: 40 new integrated services were added to 24 users, covering decentralized financial platforms, enterprise technology companies and emerging blockchain networks. The agreement released the data on October 7, highlighting that $LINK's infrastructure is rapidly becoming an indispensable "standard pipeline" in the on-chain economy.
Who connected Chainlink?
September's new list covers a wide range of industry sectors. In the field of native encryption, established giants such as @Aave ($AAVE) and @Coinbase ($COIN) have further deepened their cooperation with Chainlink. At the same time, emerging networks such as @Monad ($MON) and @Arc, which have required reliable data sources and interoperability support since their inception, have also joined. In addition, regulated stablecoin issuers @Paxos and @sunrise are also on the list of new integrations.
In addition to native encryption companies, this list also includes many traditional enterprise technology giants. Chainlink's expanding footprint in the enterprise space reflects a general trend of expansion into the traditional financial sector-institutional investors are seeking compliant and verifiable on-chain data infrastructure.
These integrations cover multiple core components of the Chainlink technology stack, including the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Data Feeds (Data Streams), and the Chainlink runtime environment (CRE).
A month to pave the way for CCIP 2.0
These 40 integrations are not completed at one time. Around September 20, Chainlink reported that it had completed 16 integrations across 6 services and 7 chains. Subsequently, around September 27, 14 more integrations were implemented, involving 6 services and 4 chains. The month ended with the release of CCIP 2.0 on September 28, which introduced configurable verification and compliance control capabilities designed to directly meet the needs of institutional customers.
September's activity is in line with the overall development trend of @Chainlink in 2026. According to research by Spotedcrypto, as of early 2026, more than 2,100 projects have used Chainlink services on more than 16 blockchain networks, an increase of approximately 40% year-on-year. Sergey Nazarov and his team maintained this growth momentum throughout the year, integrating DeFi, payments, AI infrastructure and tokenized real-world assets.
Although integration numbers measure "open doors" rather than "traffic through doors," the more indicative data in the coming months will be whether the cross-chain value guaranteed by Chainlink will continue to grow as the partner list expands.
