Chainlink (LINK) shows bullish momentum, Lighter expands Oracle integration to more than 100 markets

Chainlink (LINK) shows renewed bullish momentum after bouncing off major support levels. Technical analysts pointed to optimistic chart patterns in the market and raised price targets. The current rally coincides with decentralized exchange Lighter expanding the implementation of its Chainlink oracle network to cover more than 100 new markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex and commodities.

Technical Outlook & Price Target

LINK is trading at $11.33 at press time. The 24-hour trading volume of the token reached US$298.7 million and its market value was US$8.48 billion. Despite a 3.19% decline in the past 24 hours, the token's price structure and expanding application scenarios have continued to heat optimism among traders and analysts.

Cryptocurrency market analyst Crypto Patel pointed out that LINK's recent rebound from bullish order blocks in a higher time frame suggests renewed buyer interest. The current technical pattern shows multiple bullish indicators based on the "smart money concept", including backstepping after a breakthrough, falling into the bullish order block, and clearing the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement level, buyers successfully defended in the key $11.73 area.

Analysts listed multiple potential upside targets as areas for buyers to focus next. Key resistance levels are set at $16,$31 and $100. In addition, Standard Chartered Bank has given Chainlink a long-term price target of $200, but any upward trend may require Link to break through multiple resistance levels and be supported by continued buying activity.

Crypto Patel emphasized the importance of recent bullish reversals, noting: "Chainlink's price structure-which rebounded from a high-time frame bullish order block and held on to key Fibonacci levels-suggests that buying momentum is recovering and may push prices towards higher targets."

Lighter expands Chainlink oracle integration

Lighter, a decentralized exchange focused on perpetual contract trading, is deepening its integration with Chainlink, deploying the network's oracle services in more than 100 new markets. Previously, the platform has used Chainlink data sources in more than 25 markets.

This strategy aims to provide Lighter's trading system with safer and more reliable pricing information, allowing users to trade assets such as stocks, digital currencies, foreign exchange pairs and commodities. The expanded integration will allow users to access a wider range of asset classes, from U.S. and Asia-Pacific stocks, major cryptocurrencies, to foreign exchange currency pairs and commodity markets. These assets will be made available through Lighter's infrastructure, on its Ethereum-based Layer 2 solution and the Robinhood Chain network.

Chainlink is known for providing decentralized oracle machines capable of delivering reliable external data to the blockchain network. This provides the unity and accuracy of market information for Lighter's growing multi-asset trading ecosystem.

Small Dictionary: Chainlink Oracle is a decentralized network that provides secure and untamperable real-world data for blockchain smart contracts, enabling advanced decentralized financial applications to access external market prices, weather data and other resources.

Market sentiment and consolidation

Despite optimistic forecasts and the expansion of online applications, LINK prices are still showing a downward trend against the background of overall sideways consolidation in the cryptocurrency market (taking the stabilization of BTC prices as an example). Observers stressed that LINK needs to consolidate its recent gains and break through key resistance levels as trading volume grows and demand continues. A successful breakthrough could push prices towards the $16 or $31 target; failure to hold the support area could slow or end the bullish trend. The continued adoption of platforms such as Lighter is expected to enhance Chainlink's long-term demand prospects.

Overview of price levels:

US$11.73-Key defensive support (Fibonacci zone)
US$16-Direct price target
US$31-Secondary target
US$100-Long-term target
US$200-Standard Chartered Bank long-term forecast

LINK's prospects remain closely related to market trends and the process of technology adoption in decentralized financial networks and protocols.
