World 正式推出了 World Money，这是一款自托管的金融“超级应用”，将稳定币支付、数字资产奖励和交易功能融为一体。该公司表示，该产品已于周四在超过 150 个国家启动，具体功能因地区而异。用户可以向收件人的 World 用户名发送支持数字资产（包括稳定币），存入符合条件的资产以赚取奖励，并通过交易所买卖数字资产。
该应用允许用户访问诸如 Kalshi、Credit 和 Morpho 等“迷你应用”。通过与 Stripe 的合作，美国用户率先实现了使用 Apple Pay 为账户充值并购买稳定币的功能。
自 2023 年 5 月发布以来，World 一直在扩展 World App 的金融能力，当时它将 World ID 与加密钱包、稳定币转账和代币交易相结合。2024 年 10 月，World 推出了 World App 3.0，将其定位为“人类的超级应用”，增加了第三方迷你应用和用于资产增值的 Vault 功能。2025 年 11 月，World 在美国试点虚拟银行账户，并在一个月后推广至更多国家，支持将工资和银行存款转换为 USDC。
With the launch of World Money, World said its authentication and financial services are now decentralized into two separate applications. The World ID App is responsible for authentication and credential management, while World Money provides wallets, payments and other financial functions. According to the company, existing World App and World ID App users can log in to World Money using their existing accounts.
World Money is operated by Tools for Humanity, a company co-founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania that develops technology for the World Network.
