Allfunds Blockchain 与 Solana Foundation 战略合作项目“Project Harmonia”已正式启动提案征集流程，旨在为寻求通过 Solana 网络接入 Allfunds 机构分销网络的代币化基金发行商提供机会。申请截止日期为 2026 年 10 月 24 日，首批获准入的基金预计将于 2027 年第一季度通过 Allfunds 网络正式上线。
连接链上环境与机构分销网络的关键路径
对于符合资格的发行商而言，该流程提供了一条在链上基金环境与 Allfunds 成熟的机构分销网络之间建立联系的潜在途径。根据 Project Harmonia 的申请页面信息，所有提交必须在 10 月 24 日前完成，初步上线窗口期设定为 2027 年第一季度。
这一时间表表明，当前阶段属于发行商遴选过程，而非全面铺开的生活分销部署。Harmonia 明确指出，只有通过该流程获准入的基金，才有资格通过 Solana 在 Allfunds 网络上运行，这意味着市场准入权取决于是否成功获得批准。

Allfunds 机构网络成为商业核心目标
Allfunds 'network covers more than 3,300 asset management companies and financial institutions. As of June 30, 2026, the assets under management were approximately 1.9 trillion euros. These huge numbers explain why the connection is important to issuers: its core goal is to achieve large-scale institutional fund distribution.
Harmonia aims to connect tokenized funds to the network and Solana's on-chain ecosystem. In practice, partners are committed to building a bridge between traditional fund distribution channels and the public blockchain market.
A separate account at Solana Compass also described the RFP as a way for Solana tokenized fund issuers to enter the Allfunds network, citing the same number of institutions (more than 3,300) and approximately € 1.9 trillion in assets under management. However, this opportunity is open only to successful applicants and does not automatically grant network access.
Advancing Allfunds 'Solana expansion strategy since June
This RFP release follows the move announced by Allfunds Blockchain on June 23, when the company announced it would expand its tokenized fund distribution and accessibility on Solana. Allfunds said the expansion aims to build a commercial bridge between traditional finance and public decentralized financial networks.
Project Harmonia 为这一扩张行动赋予了明确的 intake（接收/准入）流程和时间表，要求代币化基金发行商在产品提交后，争取在 2027 年第一季度让首批基金通过 Allfunds 网络在 Solana 上上线。

Asseto 与 Particula 协助技术对接与申请人审核
据 Allfunds Blockchain 介绍，ioBuilders 的 Asseto 平台通过链接 Allfunds Blockchain 与链上环境来支持实施工作。该公司指定 Particula 为申请人提供独立的数字资产风险评估服务。
这两项角色将工作划分为技术连接与申请人审核两部分。Asseto 被描述为通往链上环境的纽带，而 Particula 的评估则为发行商寻求准入的流程增添了独立的风险审查环节。
