此次修订后的文件主要包含两项重大变更。首先，@BitGo 被指定为该基金全部 SEI 头寸的唯一托管方，整合了此前涉及多家托管机构的安排。其次，更为显著的是，修正案对基金的质押机制进行了大幅修订：预计约 90% 的 ETF 持有的 SEI 资产将被积极用于质押，使基金在提供基础现货敞口的同时，具备产生收益的能力。
若获批准，该基金份额将在 Cboe BZX 交易所上市，并以每手 10,000 股为单位的申购和赎回篮子进行交易。目前，该基金的股票代码和管理费尚未公布。

This pledged SEI product will be tied with Canary's existing pledged ETFs with income, including products linked to TRX and SUI. The 90% pledge allocation shows that the fund is committed to obtaining returns from underlying assets rather than just storing them as a warehouse. This structure may appeal to institutional allocators who want to find benefits in the packaging of digital assets.
Currently, the registration statement is still in a "pending" status, which means that the fund cannot be launched until the SEC officially declares it effective. As of now, no decision timetable has been set.
