Ali Charts withdraws $15 DOGE argument
Ali Charts withdrew its $15 DOGE price target after the long-term uptrend channel support, which formed the basis of its technical analysis, was broken.
Trader Tardigrade sees a bullish reversal signal
Trader Tardigrade believes that there is a bullish inverted hammer line on the monthly chart. But to confirm whether prices can reverse to $1, higher volume will need to occur and higher highs will be needed.
DOGE faces US$0.080 support
DOGE faces US$0.080 support due to the continued outflow of spot funds. If buying becomes active again, it could push prices towards $0.085 and $0.090.
Dogecoin's $15 price target lost its technical basis after DOGE fell below long-term channel support. Analyst Ali Charts said the break undermined the structures that supported the target. At the same time, trader Tardigrade identified a bullish inverted hammer line on the monthly candle chart. As of September 2, spot capital flows showed that selling pressure remained, and DOGE prices fell to around US$0.081.
Ali Charts withdraws US$15 price target
Ali Charts previously proposed a $15 target based on an upward parallel channel that has guided DOGE's price movements since its birth. After each test of the lower boundary of the channel, prices have increased significantly. After a test in 2017, DOGE rose 9,221%. Later, after another test in 2020, the token recorded a 30,694% increase. In February 2026, DOGE returned to the same support area again. However, the recent break below that boundary eliminated the technical basis for the $15 forecast. The analyst did not give a new price target for the expired pattern.
Trader Tardigrade found a monthly reversal pattern
Trader Tardigrade pointed out that a bullish inverted hammer line appeared on DOGE's latest monthly candle chart. This pattern appears after a long period of consolidation and weakness. However, Tardigrade said that DOGE needs confirmation of subsequent lunar candle charts. The analyst pointed out that rising trading volume and continued to hit higher highs are conditions to verify the reversal. He maintained DOGE's long-term goal of $1. At the same time, DOGE's spot funds flow showed weakening buying activity during recent trading sessions.
Spot fund flow further turned negative
DOGE recorded several strong inflows between August 20 and 25. The largest visible inflow on August 22 was approximately $5.5 million. During this period, DOGE prices traded around $0.094 to $0.100. However, from August 25 to 30, capital outflows increased. An outflow of approximately $3.8 million occurred around August 25. Several other withdrawals ranged from $2 million to $3 million. The largest negative value appeared around August 30, at approximately $5.7 million. DOGE prices then fell to the range of $0.082 to $0.084.
As of September 2, DOGE prices were trading around US$0.081 to US$0.082. Net capital flows remain mixed, with moderate inflows and further outflows. If positive capital flows continue to return, it may support prices towards $0.085 and $0.090. If the flow of funds continues to be negative, the $0.080 level may be put at risk.
